Our tour group ages spans from middle school-ers to 70s. With the group of large age gap, Mr. Yoon did excellent job in providing safety, comfort, humor, and value. On top of providing timely information at each tour point, I don't remember I had wasted any time in long line. The places like Paris Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Vatican Museum is notorious for long lines, as I know and heard. His use of local guides in Paris and London only makes sense, even though he could have handled. He seems to be reasonable in selecting food menu and hotels, considering western Europe as the most expensive area. His knowledge about Italian culture, history, and literature must come from his 13 years of residence in Rome. They were beyond the surface of the book I had read. If you plan on this European tour, make sure to carry three different electric plug converters - for London, Paris, and Italy respectively. My hubby and I decided to have only carry-on bags for convenience, and I regretted because I couldn't buy 100% Balsam, Olive Oil, and Italian natural cosmetics.
